This fellow needs a bit more training:

An Air National Guard jet mistakenly dropped a 22-pound, nonexplosive practice bomb on an apartment complex in Tulsa, damaging the foundation, but no one was injured, the police said.

    when an F-16 on a training exercise accidentally accidentally strafed a school in South Jersey?

    Fortunately, it happened at 9:00 PM and there were no students in the building.  There was, however, a cleaning crew on duty.  No one was injured.

    Imagine in Bagdad/Afghanistan in actual combat conditions.  Mistakes do happen.

    practice bomb, dropped from a couple of thousand feet, reaching terminal velocity and landing on your head.

    i suspect the fact that it was non-explosive would provide scant comfort.
