Jerry Sandusky Prelim: Media Will Live Tweet From Court

The media is giddy with excitement over the Jerry Sandusky preliminary hearing tomorrow. The Court decided to allow live-tweeting for real-time coverage.

Sandusky's lawyer says no plea deal is in the works. Some of the alleged victims will testify.

Also not having a great week: Joe Paterno, who broke his pelvis in a fall yesterday.

I wonder what this does to the case against Curley and Schultz, not to mention all the criticism Paterno took for not fulfilling his "moral obligation?"  The whole idea of a cover up at Penn State hinges on Mcqueary being credible, and it looks like he gave different accounts to different people. I'm sure Sandusky's attorney will also go after McQueary over this.

And now I am wondering whether I read the grand jury could not identify the 2002 boy?  Or was that the 1998 boy?
Well, I think that it will get past preliminary hearing - that is only probable cause standard, after all.
